6. Replacement & Money-Back Guarantee

Replacement: You can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your product if it is defective or damaged.
Refund / Money-Back: If the product is faulty or not as described, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days.
Products must be returned in original packaging along with proof of purchase.
GadgetHive reserves the right to inspect returned products before processing replacements or refunds.
7. Returns Not Accepted
Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or water exposure.
Opened consumables, earbuds, cables, chargers, or accessories that cannot be resold.
8. Warranty
All HEATZ products sold through GadgetHive come with official brand warranty.
Warranty covers manufacturer defects only, not accidental damage.
9. User Responsibility
You agree not to misuse our website or order fraudulent products.
